Chasing The Pump Will Ruin Your Gains!

The pump sure feels nice 👌 but is it actually an indication of a good set or workout?

Whilst It’s a good indicator of correct muscle targeting during a set or workout It may not be the best indicator of muscle growth – considering the pump and subsequent DOMS will be incredible with super high reps but not very good for building big muscles.
