Training logs for week starting 9th May
Bodyweight was down to 82.5kg on Sunday morning, likely slightly higher due to starting creatine usage on Friday (5g daily split into 2.5g morning and pre training or lunch). Energy levels were quite low this week and the muscle pumps were lacklustre for the most part, with a few exceptions.
Daily fat intake has now dropped to -35g, protein has dropped slightly with carbs remaining the same. This will allow me to continue to lose bodyfat whilst attempting to keep energy levels reasonable through adequate carb consumption. I will likely suck it up and drop those too in a another couple of weeks but it will be fairly short lived, perhaps a very low couple of weeks before increasing them again.

Another good week of training in general albeit for some joint pains creeping in and the perpetual issue with my hips that I am enduring currently. The work got done though, it may not be pretty at times but it cant always be perfect!
